Bask Health: AI infrastructure
I own Bask Health's AI infrastructure, built on LangChain. That covers summarization, PII redaction, a checkpointer, and thread pruning, and I tested the same setup against the Vercel AI SDK. I moved the old system onto this stack and onto SSE. After the refactor, the same response went from 1,015 KB and 17.40s to 2.7 KB and 9.46s. Traces go to Slack as a daily alert on what is missing, what users want, and how they use it. Support runs through Plain, and requests through Linear. The agent is connected to the website builder with Puck and the flow builder with React Flow, so the canvas updates live. Before March 2026, as a frontend engineer, I turned subscriber pricing into a digital contract the subscriber signs. Prices used to stay fixed, with no history, or a change had to be written out by hand and took days. Prices can change now, and the record stays. I also rebuilt the CS portal, which was duplicated native HTML, onto a shared base UI we made for those elements.

As a Full Stack Developer at ABCXChange, I was responsible for overhauling the entire member-only web application, enhancing user experience and functionality. I designed and implemented the complete flow of the dealroom, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems. In addition to developing and integrating new features, I collaborated closely with the backend team to ensure smooth functionality. I also worked with the product team to brainstorm innovative ideas aimed at increasing user session times. To gain comprehensive insights, I integrated POSTHOG for analytics tracking. Furthermore, I built the ABCXChange app from scratch using React Native, focusing on an iOS-first approach. Additionally, I created two separate platforms from the ground up, encompassing frontend and backend development, landing pages, and mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

At Surplus, I took charge of managing their app, ensuring it ran smoothly and efficiently. I integrated POSTHOG for detailed event analytics, providing valuable insights into user behavior. In addition to fixing numerous bugs, I created new onboarding and reward flows to enhance the user experience. I also developed graphs and charts for expense tracking and implemented an account aggregator in webview. Moreover, I revamped their website, improving its design and functionality to better meet user needs.

In this project, users authenticate using OAuth2 and Google APIs to set predefined automations. For instance, users can specify a response for emails about joining a stand-up call. When such an email arrives, the system generates an AI-drafted reply, which the user can review and send.
